Important: By creating an account or using the Blockchain Tumbler platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blockchain Tumbler platform, including all associated services, features, and functionality (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and AML/KYC Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a natural person acting on your own behalf (not as an agent or representative)
- Not reside in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited
- Not be a person subject to any applicable sanctions list
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time.
3. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your account with any other person.
You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is due to your failure to secure your credentials.
You may only hold one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and at all times during your use of the Service. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
- Transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions
- Any activity that is illegal under applicable law
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent our KYC/AML procedures
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our express permission
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Sending cryptocurrency on behalf of a third party without disclosure
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension, fund freezing, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Transfers & Processing Fees
All transfers are subject to a processing fee based on the selected service tier. The applicable fee will be displayed clearly before you confirm and initiate the transfer.
The processing fee for the mixing service must be paid separately after the mixing process is completed and before funds can be withdrawn from the Blockchain Tumbler wallet.
To maintain service privacy standards and comply with applicable federal anti-money laundering regulations, processing fees cannot be deducted directly from the user's wallet balance. Therefore, users are required to complete the fee payment separately in order to finalize the withdrawal process.
Processing fees may change from time to time. Any updated fee structure will be displayed in your dashboard prior to initiating a transfer. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated fees and terms.
6. KYC Verification & Withdrawals
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a compliance requirement and cannot be waived. You must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
We reserve the right to reject KYC submissions that do not meet our requirements, to request additional documentation, and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
Withdrawal processing times are estimates only. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for additional review in cases where we have compliance concerns. We will notify you of any such holds as promptly as possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blockchain Tumbler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We are not responsible for: (a) losses resulting from cryptocurrency market volatility; (b) delays caused by blockchain network conditions; (c) losses caused by your own error or negligence, including sending to incorrect addresses; (d) losses caused by third-party services.
Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, violated our AML/KYC Policy, or engaged in illegal or fraudulent activity.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Note that we are required to retain certain records after account closure as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination, any pending transfers will be handled in accordance with our compliance obligations. Funds legitimately owed to you will be processed and returned, subject to our AML/KYC requirements and any applicable legal holds.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure.
